My job is kinda blue collar...not so much a suit and tie place...a little crazier with a hint of the Soprano's as a management style. There is a lot of good and bad there. Depression and crazy moods just make it harder to keep a clear perspective.
Looking at backup options....trying to find some way to stay where I am and be OK with it...or have a backup plan so if it fails..or If i get mad and quit that I will still have an income.
