I sometimes do that to myself too, but it doesn't do ONE BIT OF GOOD!

When i start thinking about stuff like that, all I'm doing is punishing myself. LOL I don't DARE think about finances & bills, etc., or I'll NEVER get any sleep -- I have enough trouble sleeping as it is.

And as for the people next door, call them and ask them NICELY to turn the music down. If they won't do it, call the police. Most cities/towns have a noise ordinance. If it bothers you, they can get a ticket for disturbing the peace. Or else call the Landlord -- if they don't stop it, they can get kicked out. You should NOT have to listen to that crap! The other tenants in a building should NOT be able to hear your music when it's played, and if they don't like it, they should MOVE. DON'T put up with it. You have rights too!

And don't feel bad. There are times I don't want to see anybody either. I don't even want to see my family, my cat, anyone! LOL Just LEAVE ME ALONE. LOL That doesn't happen very often, but when it does -- look out. LOL I guess it's the Irish in me.

When you're worrying at night, try to picture something pleasant, like the ocean -- waves coming in on a beautiful clear night. Ever see something like that? It's gorgeous. Or get some of those CD's with the "white noise." Those WILL put you to sleep! I love the one with the sounds of the ocean. I fall asleep in about 5 minutes. LOL Take care & get some rest. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!
