You just need to be honest and tell him exactly what you told us -- that you don't LIKE the fact that he's constantly lying and talking to other women! Ask HIM how HE would feel if you did the same thing! Would he like it? Would he want you talking to your ex's or make friends all the time? Would that make him mad? Sure it would! And he would make you stop!!!
There is NOT a double standard, even if he thinks there is. If he wants a relationship, then he HAS to behave himself. And he's going to be a FATHER so he has to behave himself! He has to be a role model for his child! So tell him to ACT like one!  Or else he can just get OUT.
