Oh my god I can't believe that person said such a horrible thing to you!!! Why would she do that and call herself a therapist er, "life coach"?? IMO "life coaches" are crap. That's what my DBT person called herself. Ugh. But that's no excuse to say something like what she said! That is abusive!
