I have often had to deal with the over whelming feeling of being sad and depressed when I wake up in the morning.... usually when I am alone, but also when I wake up with other people around or even my husband.
Does any one else have to deal with this issue and if YES - how do you continue to cope with it.... to help make those awful dark feelings go away as soon as possible? - I can usually feel better with in a few hours, but occasionally it stays around all day long.... Sigh!
BTW - I can some times tell why I feel this way (prob in real life) and at other times I am lost to why the feeling is here to haunt me again.
....... Any one know of any good CBT that might help here?
