Therapy can help. It's important for it to be a good match between the client and the therapist. And from what you describe, I definitely would recommend a therapist who has experience with eating disorders. Your family physician should also be included in your treatment, as it sounds like you might be having medical complications from bulimia.

I don't have direct experience of this problem, but I have worked with some women with it. It's a hard thing to deal with. I'm glad you're asking about help.
