I don't know what kind of groups or clubs you are affiliated with, but perhaps you would benefit from having a wider circle of male friends. Most of the guys I know are people in our bike riding circle, and they are all terrific, terrific people. Maybe some kind of interest-based club so that you meet more genuine men? Or take some classes?
