I understood that it was a 'lie list' - sorry if my reply didn't come out clearly. I think that the list is a good idea, but would be more helpful if rephrased so that each 'lie' was rewritten to be a 'truth'. Seeing the 'lies' listed like that is rather shocking, and even though it says 'lies' at the top, having a man see a list like that is likely to put him on the defensive. To change a negative belief system, I think it would be better to read and re-read the 'truths' rather than the 'lies'.
