totally agree with sometmes other an see things in one, that one could miss themselves

you have a good list there and..
ooo you have one that is another that i do to and idk how i forgo it! it's important to me, try my best on what i do too, on average days that is
yeah the ten likes and dislikes, i filled out, i am a little lost on what to do with some dislikes, guess try to improve?
hard not to dwell though as ya mentioned on the bad though, i was aiming for positive thinking heere which i can fail at at times, which is a dwindling hole some times.
another self worth for me is that most days i am glad i try best to move forward, well atleast with some depts. i.e. not escaping through means of drugs, as i did at one time, and trying not to take some things so seriously (needs work but getting better with the littiler things)
