Yes, it DOES get better! I also am 61. And, while aging comes with its own set of concerns, I have the persective I lacked in the past. I am SO much better, so much more at peace. I realize I can't undo the past, and I'm often haunted by my choices from it, I have managed to create a lasting peace of mind with the present!
