I can adhere to this. I worked for 32 years with anxiety. I was diagnosed when I was 20. I'm now 51 and as the years went on the anxiety became worse and worse. I have more depression now also. Last year I finally had to stop working because I was so stressed out and sick and too stubborn to quit way before this time I was afraid I was going to have a stress heart attack. I lost my hair and everything. I immediately went to the doctor and we both knew I could no longer work. I had to fight with my employers STD and then LTD. Then I applied for the states SSDI. I went through H#ll with the first two which made everything worse, mainly the depression but I was approved right away for my SSDI. Now I'm trying to save my house. You're not alone.
