Antidepressants usually take a while to get into the system.
Try to make bedtime as comfortable as possible.
Buy a relaxation tape that you can listen to regularly.
Try and think of nice things before you drop off.
A milky drink or a bath can help.
Hoping some of this might help as I know how awful it can be not getting enough sleep.
