I have to admit, that IS rather idealistic to expect to feel better after only three sessions. I can totally relate to you're not wanting to deal with people when you're depressed. I'm very much an introvert, so people are draining enough when I'm not depressed.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with your therapist. That is not fun. I have a shrink right now with whom I am not seeing eye to eye. Is there a way you could get a second opinion?
