KUREHA, I've felt like this for a long time. I wish I had a magic method you could use to help. I moved. It helped a little but the world looks far too strange for people like you and me. I withdrew hard from society. The doctors say that isn't the right thing to do but I have to say it helped me to cope with it. I only go out for basic needs and when I have to. For a time it helps with getting one adjusted and to not believe everyone is a stalker.
