I can relate. Going to my parents (when they were still alive) was always a trigger for me too.

Just keep thinking that by tomorrow afternoon, you'll be AWAY from all this. You'll finally have some peace! Try to take it a minute at a time if you have to. That's what I used to do. And I found myself watching the clock too. LOL But it got me thru, and I didn't have as big a crash when I got home.

I also kept thinking about a special place we used to visit when I was a kid. It was beautiful -- it was on the shores of one of the Great Lakes, and I'd picture it in the evening, when the moon was out and the waves were a bit bigger. Just beautiful. It gave me some peace for a bit.
