Great title. I too am still stuck on superego I'd ego. T told me the superegO isn't me it's what I learnt, internalised. It's my judge & hangman. I'm in the process of telling it to leave me alone that I'm not that person. But like you, it's a bit too much to comprehend and I don't even smoke fake weed. I stuck my thumb though that could be the problem :-)
