Sometimes I remember stuff in my dreams - nothing to do with alters (don't have 'em) but once I had lost some instructions for a watch and I dreamed how to fix it, tried in real life and it worked. On occasion I dream stuff before it happens but never anything big. I have some memories/dreams and dunno which they are, and have on occasion taken a few hours to work out that dreams weren't real.
