I wrote a story/started a novel about "John" an invisible personal trainer I'm with George, make Levi be more positive (or funny, he can criticize as long as you know it is "true" and find some humor in his sarcasm or need to "push" you a little harder).

Why'd you name him "Levi"? I love being creative in that way and thinking about how I am trying to (and able to) help myself.
