It seems like all the changes lately are just making things pretty difficult...
The grounding techniques work...but I was getting so darned frightened again...then...had somebody pray something rather randomly I thought but next evening at a Ala-non meeting the topic was fear...Every frazzled part listened intently to various solutions...things went better but still have the sense of body not connected to head...haven't had for some time...also, trying to assimilate into a another group where no one 'knows' me as us...it's maybe too much with all other changes...but but but not really sure...must keep track. Maybe the changes triggered this and waiting it out will work too. Gagh! Grrr!
will get in touch with counselor soon...I think this may be best.
