I hope you find relief from one of the suggestions above.
My t and I text and I have found it helpful to look back at those to help me make it through those challenging times. When I am struggling, I find that I also have a dialogue in my head and replay conversations that I have had with my t to work through things. Journaling has also been very beneficial when I need to get it out.
I also find distracting myself by doing something I enjoy sometimes help get the worry off my mind.
