Headaches are terrible, and I hope that yours has passed. I'm having one of the worst days that I've had in a long time. I do find that reading and replying to these posts has been a bit of a boost for me. Maybe providing replies to people can give you something to focus on other than your headache...and I do hope that you have some A/C. I recall the 100 plus degree days from my years in Fresno, CA. There, it was A/C to the pool, to the shade, to the A/C in the car...the only real respite from the heat was to visit the really high peaks in the Sierras, and even then it was tough to escape the heat.
