Hugs to you Emberlynn! Granted the timing is poor, but rashes are treatable. I hope it doesn't turn out to be what you are thinking it is. Sorry you are having a storm of stressors. Sometimes that is enough in itself to cause a rash. I'm hoping that everything turns out better than you fear and that everything will work out alright.
