To know what to tell you I need to know more about you. Your situation, your age, have you seen a doctor, who have you told - certainly not everyone - what type of pain, your symptoms? If you are in school then go to the guidance counselor or in college go to disability services. If you are out of school, then contact a psychologist or therapist to talk to. That's a good first step.
