UGH. I can imagine how difficult that must feel. I am in individual and group T - and my group T facilitator is my individual T. I sooooo understand the sharing aspect....even though group has been of tremendous value for me.

I try to view it as - now I have invited more people into my life to grow, support and bond with....and to allow to help support me.....with T right by my side along the way.
