My mom, an incredibly knowledgeable nurse looked at it and said that the only real diagnosis could be shingles. It has turned out to just be stress rash in a weird place. I usually get stress rash on my legs, but this was on my back in even striations on only one side of my spine which she said were defining characteristics of shingles.... Just stupid stress rash....

General Anxiety Disorder
Panic Disorder
PTSD
Obsessive tendencies (possibly OCD, possibly a symptom of something else, yet to be determined)

Undiagnosed:
Dissociative Identity Disorder or Schizophrenia (something causing alters)
