I see my T tomorrow, I haven't seen her since the 8th. I missed 2 sessions between 8th and tomorrow. ( I usually go to therapy 2X a week) I am very anxious about tomorrows session because, there has been some deep issues I have been dealing with, and was almost put on a 72 hour hold yesterday. My T has been keeping in phone contact with me, and so has crisis, to make sure I'm staying stable. Tomorrow is going to be a very diffficult session. I'm not sure how things are going to go, depending on how I'm feeling and what I say. I almost feel that she is going to have the men in the white coats cart me away as soon as I walk into her office tomorrow. She has promised that this not going to happen, but I some how cannot get that thought out of my head.  I absolutely hate IP
