I agree with Odie. It's time to put that to rest. Your sister is fine, and nothing really happened.
The important thing is that God forgave you WHEN it happened, so if HE forgave you, why can't YOU forgive yourself? It's over and done with, everyone is ok -- so bury it and don't EVER dig it back up again. Forgive yourself and move on.
