Oh jeez -- do you have fibro? I'm so sorry you're hurting so! I DO know all about pain, as I've been a chronic painer for over 26 years, with spinal pain -- and it's just about ready to kill me.  And i've had my share of hissy fits too! 
Wish I had a pool to jump into cause it's in the 90's here in Michigan and the humidity is super high here too! UGH
