Just saw your post a bit late, but wanted to say that it's sad that you are feeling those feelings & that people around you are making you feel that way......people can make us feel like an absolute piece of crap, & can make us feel unwanted & ignored..........
But we have to learn not to turn those feelings around on ourselves......because we are the ones that take those emotions & then tell ourselves we deserve to be ignored & deserve to be blamed.....those are the feelings we need to control because then come from within us....not from the outside & they are past voices coming back to haunt us.....definitely NOT REALITY. No one deserves to be ignored & no one deserves to be blamed even when people make us feel like crap, & make us feel unwanted & ignored.
Acknowledge the feelings & emotions that come from outside of you & recognize & control the thoughts of those feelings & emotions that are being created from within.
