We understand those feelings all to well and that is often when therapy can help..... the T - an un-bias third party that can help you sort out reality from fiction (and) start to help you change hurt back to love.
BTW - - - I personally spent 6 straight years in therapy and then 3 years off and on again to enable myself to heal..... TIME is truly our FRIEND here.
