This is your therapy, your time to discuss WHATEVER is bothering you. She sounds so awful! Personally I think she is doing more harm then good. Leave and never look back. She does not deserve any more chances, you have given her a lot.

Sorry to hear about your issues with her. I really think you should look for a new T. There are good ones out there!
