She could be doing RET - Rational Emotive Therapy or Training, invented by Dr Albert Ellis, who was a bit of a crazy cuss, literally. He was ALWAYS saying, who cares?! Get over it! Stuff like that. But I don't think he would approve of using the insurance company as an excuse! That's a cop-out.
