I found that I do worse AND get more dependent on T when I see her more frequently. Even though my T and I alternated once a week and twice a week for a bit, we've been doing just once a week and I've been making better progress. I think when I move, I'll actually try every other week since I know I do better with that setup.
I encourage you to talk to your T about the affect of session frequency on your progress so y'all can discuss it and figure out where to go from here on out.
