There are times when I have felt this way. I empathize.

In fact, I could not even post here for a full week as I processed a roller coaster ride of emotions.

One thing I've noticed is that these times that are so draining make me appreciate the times when life is going along smoothly with no bumps. I never think these periods are boring, and I hope when life smooths out for you, you will feel grateful joy too.
