I'm a bellman at a hotel and observe front desk people all day long. You just stand there for 8 hours with no bathroom break, answering hundreds of phone calls. I don't know how they do it.
I think you should start looking for jobs, and be able to move on while still dealing from a position of strength. I suggest you do it soon before you walk out. No use burning any bridges y'know.
oh and fake smiles all day long.
