Ive been experiencing extreme anxiety for the past couple months and since the anxiety spiked, i have been having trouble swallowing, not all the time, not when i eat or drink really, but when i like finish eating and have (i know this sounds gross) but the extra saliva, and in the car when im really anxious my mouth gets slightly more moisture, you know a little more saliva, and it becomes rather difficult to swallow. Is this a symptom of anxiety? It started with my anxiety spike so im assuming thats whats happening, anyone else experience this?
