If, with your depression, you have the desire to talk, then one hour every other week isn't enough.
Though not the same as talking with a flesh-and-blood person, I know some people journal or blog as an outlet. Posting is another option. You could even take bits and pieces of what you've written and use them in your next session with the therapist.
