It helps to have a list of why you want to quit cutting. Even better is to put it on top of your 'tools'. I know there are a bunch of things in the link of reasons not to. Copy any of those that apply to you and print it out. It's hard to focus on the reasons you want to quit when you know that there is instant gratification easily at hand.
