That is kind of how I was I was seeing it in reference to the Choice Theory... But it looks like there is more to this than what I first thought... I don't believe we "choose" to have any kind of mental illness...In my case, and forgive me for saying this, the very thought of "me" having any kind of "mental illness" totally floors me... I don't like my name listed to any dx... although panic attacks and PTSD I do have.. . Thinks I will move on from the Glasser theory and check out Wubbolding...
