Oooh. Yes. That is a natural gas cylinder. And I knew that... but somehow didn't make the connection. o.O; Thank you for pointing that out.
Because life is evidently a pattern, it seems possible that there is a gas leak somewhere else in the compound today, in one of the other apartments.
