normally about 8 hours, if I'm depressed as much as I can, if I'm manic as little as possible!!!!!
I try to keep my sleep to about 8 hours even if I'm depressed or manic as having a good sleep routine can help fight against mood swings.
that said, when I was on lithium I needed to sleep about 10 hours a day
