I would like to thank Ozzie, Dexter and Foodmood for ya'lls reply. It gave me the push to call a therapist yesterday. My appointment won't be until the end of april but, thats is pretty good for Austin, some of them were at least 2 to 3 months befor I could get an appointment.

I spoke to the therapist over the phone, she was very nice and she said she could help. So I feel better already knowing that I can come to this site and talk to you guys, and I have a therapy appointment.
