I suggest that as you go about your merry way on the Web, that any ANY off remark you read, you bookmark it and notify authorities. Let them check these ppl out. They are here in this country (USA) and probably in yours too. They don't want the little stuff (derailing trains, burning big buildings, rioting) they want something big...and are willing to wait to get it. And now, we have the internet urging everyone to form their own band (gang?) ... sigh.
