They are kind of like the doctors who go to countries in poorer parts of the world and try to make people as well and comfortable as they can but it's not a "continuous" thing like psychotherapy. Some large cities have that. Are you in Arizona? Maybe see if you can check out/get to one of these?

They may have to do with working and being laid off though, still. It could be hard to get anything if you have never worked. I would get a job at McDonald's or somewhere and then try to work into it.
