If the sleep thing continues for a long time, I'd check into CPAP therapy. (It's the
Continuous Positive Air Pressure) provided for making sure you get the REM sleep you
need to restore your "battery". (That's why sleep is so important; it does so many
things to make your day following workable and well.)
A sleep therapist is the one to talk to about sleep apnea (if you have it).
