I need at least 10 hours sleep a night. If I am depressed I can sleep anything from 10-18 hours and when I am manic I can sleep under 4 or not at all. At the moment I am cycling between 2-10 hours sleepp I can't win at the moment. Ironically I spoke to my Psych today and asked for my sleeping med to be upped or something and he declined doing this and said I am stable............. argh!!! I am shattered and am wasting my days sleeping but hey ho!
