I've been on Quitiapine for over a year now, and it's only just dawned on me (after decreasing and increasing my dose) that ironically...the more Quitiapine I take, the worse and more vivid my nightmares are.

Where's the irony? Sorry. I should have mentioned before, that I just find it ironic that an antipsychotic gives me worse nightmares. Nightmares I can actually feel pain in.

Am I the only one that's noticed increased dreams/nightmares on quitiapine?
