I had one very vivid nightmare from which I woke up in horror. Also in the beginning I had auditory hallucinations. As the dose was increased, I developed HORRIBLE akathisia. That caused me to ask to be taken off it and put on Lithium instead. But not only akathisia - it simply did not help against my mania.
