Wellll... I work in a huge store with 800 employees in the middle of midtown manhattan, he's part time and I'm full time, and he works days and I work nights. So with so many of us there I'm not too concerned. I dont see him much at all there. My worries lie more in people i know there knowing I'm 32 and wondering "what is she thinking?"
As far as policies.. No idea! I'm sure they exist, but people there date all the time. It's like a college campus, as weird as it sounds. I've been there 8 months and I barely know most of the people employed there.
