That holding on thing is getting tougher for everyone today...at least on a lot of the posts that I've read...I'm glad to know that you have an appointment pending (not sure if it's with a psychiatrist or therapist)...I have to wait about 2 weeks for my next appointment...that's a lot of time to be holding on...But with the support from the folks here on these forums, I'm sure that I can.
